NYC WORKSHOP

A Pranayama Journey:
Settling into the depths of breath to
ignite asana & meditation practices

Prana is our life force energy.  It is the nourishment our system receives from the breath.  The practice of pranayama is vital to a balanced system and must be incorporated into the yoga practice.

In this workshop pranayama becomes the primary force, initiating asana and meditation.  Specific breathing techniques intertwined with movement and visualization will ignite the energy of your prana, keeping your yoga practice alive and well during these dark days surrounding the winter solstice.
