Fall Schedule

Uttar Pradesh, India 2008
Fall is the time to harvest the fruits of your labor.
Labor= exertion of body or mind; work demanding patience & endurance; energy; effort
In yoga we labor.  We use our energy on the mat in order to cultivate more satvic energy in our being, or energy that is pure, transcendent, and luminous.
Where has your energy gone this year so far?  What fields have you toiled and what has it produced?  How can you use your energy to cultivate more moments of pure, luminous being?
Now is the season to reap what you have sown... Enjoy the harvest of your efforts all year long.
Happy Labor Day!
