The Springtime Practice
Amanda will share a yoga practice based in the energy of spring. This Hatha Vinyasa style class will use the underlying principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to satisfy the body’s most natural and present needs. The class will evolve at a slow to moderate pace using twists to detoxify the liver, progressively rising backbends to encourage a natural rising from the earth, and pranayama to balance the brain.
